My very favorite Chinese restaurant on the entire West Coast!! The food is totally authentic (try the Steamed Fish in garlic, onion and ginger sauce) and the Hot Garlic Shrimp! Also their Peking Pork Chops and Salt & Pepper Pork Chops are to die for!! The ambiance is utilitarian (so much like those I visited throughout East Asia) but the service is exemplary for any restaurant in the world. Yang Yang, Linda and Emma are the sweetest, but more importantly for a restaurant review, they are fast, intelligent, patient, responsive and extremely thoughtful! Thank you New Peking!!' You are dearly loved!

So many of my favorite sit down/ non fast food Chinese restaurants have gone out of business in recent years. I was so happy to discover this restaurant is still alive and thriving. The staff here is very friendly. The food was great. My husband and I were very indecisive, so we shared many things. It ended up being way too much food, so next time, I'd opt for a lunch special instead. The fried rice was very tasty. The beef with peppers was my favorite. It was full of flavor. The lemon chicken wasn't my preference, I wouldn't order that again. The egg rolls are handmade and very good. Ambiance is classic homestyle Chinese restaurant. We also enjoyed beer and sake. There were many people ordering trays of food for parties, so it's definitely a popular spot. I'd love to come back again next time I'm in the area.
We used to go to Peking Wok a lot but since they closed, we tried Yelp to guide us to the next Chinese spot. Service was great and the waitresses were very quick to serve us up. We ordered the Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and the Crispy Noodles with the different types of meat: chicken, beef, and shrimp. Everything was delicious. I gotta say though, Orange Chicken was my favorite. I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea which had a great taste as well. We will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.
